  1. To use Dial-In to join or start your meeting, permission to access your contacts list is required.
  2. Permission to access your device’s calendar is required to use Native Calendar Integration.
  3. Receipt of Push Notifications may be delayed when device is OFF. Only the latest Push Notification will be received after the device is turned on. This feature must be enabled on your Reservationless-Plus™ account, in MobileMeet™ and on your device.
  4. You will need a Wi-Fi connection if your carrier doesn’t support simultaneous use of voice and data services.
  5. To use MobileMeet Voice Over IP, Location Services must be enabled on your mobile device.

Setting Up InterCall MobileMeet

Once you have downloaded the InterCall MobileMeet app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, follow the instructions below and you'll be on your way to a mobile meeting experience.

  1. Tap the InterCall MobileMeet icon.
  2. On the Welcome screen, enter your name and email address.
  3. Tap Phone Numbers and add one or more numbers. These will be used to allow InterCall MobileMeet to dial-out to you to start or join your call.
  4. If desired, toggle on Password Protection on and select a unique combination of letters and numbers.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. On the following screen, if you want to start meetings with your InterCall account, enter your Conference Code and Leader PIN.
  7. By default, Call Me is an enabled featured, but you have to option to toggle this on or off. If enabled, select whether or not you would like push notifications for your InterCall account.
  8. Tap Next.
  9. After your InterCall account has been verified, select your default dial-in number or tap Finish to skip directly to the Home screen

  • What is MobileMeet?

    MobileMeet is a mobile application that enables you to access and manage Reservationless-Plus audio meetings from your iPhone or Android smartphone.
  • Which smartphones are supported by MobileMeet?

    MobileMeet is currently available on iPhones running iOS 5.0 or higher and Android phones running Android OS 2.3x, 4 or higher.
  • Which tablets are supported by MobileMeet?

    Currently, MobileMeet is not supported on any tablets. Support for iPads and Android tablets is coming soon.
  • Where can I download MobileMeet?

    MobileMeet is available as a free download from the Apple App Store, Google Play and www.mobilemeet.com. Standard downloading process and requirements apply.
  • Do I need an InterCall Reservationless-Plus account to download and use MobileMeet?

    No. You do not need a Reservationless-Plus account to download and join meetings using MobileMeet. However, to schedule, start and host meetings through MobileMeet, an InterCall Reservationless-Plus account is required.
  • What languages are currently supported by InterCall MobileMeet?

    MobileMeet is currently available in English, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese and Korean. Support for additional languages will be available in future releases.
  • I am an existing Mobile Assistant user, how do I upgrade to MobileMeet?

    If you have an iPhone or Android smartphone, you can download MobileMeet from the Apple App Store, Google Play and www.mobilemeet.com. Standard downloading process and requirements apply.
  • How do I request my welcome email?

    To request your welcome email, select “Forgot Account Information” and it will be resent to your email address. Alternatively, you can contact customer support at 877.769.7228. Additional regional support numbers can be found in the MobileMeet app.
  • What should I do if I don’t have an InterCall account?

    If you do not have an InterCall account, you can still download and use MobileMeet to join InterCall audio meetings.
  • Can I start and join meetings on my desktop?

    Meetings scheduled with MobileMeet can be started or joined using Call Manager, our desktop application for Reservationless-Plus. For more information and to download, visit www.intercall.com/callmanager.
