Take advantage of the most innovative features and enhancements available with Reservationless-Plus conferencing. As part of our on-going strategy to provide you with the most powerful way to bring people together from anywhere in the world—quickly, conveniently and, most important, easily, we have added functionality that will make your meetings even more productive.

Entry/Exit Volume Selection

Within the leader menu, you can select the volume associated with entry and exit tones that are heard in the conference when a participant joins, leaves or mutes/unmutes their line. You can choose from the following options:

  • Very soft
  • Soft
  • Normal
  • Loud
  • Very loud

Your selection will be stored for all future conferences. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.

Leader ani/phone number recognition to start conference

Store an ANI/phone number in our system via your telephone keypad by selecting option 8 in your account menu. When you dial in from that number to start your conference, our system will recognize it and join you to your conference without you having to input your conference code and leader PIN. This feature requires the carrier to be able to capture the phone number used when dialing in to your conference.Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Leader grace period for auto continuation

Provides a grace period to allow you to rejoin your conference in the event Auto Continuation is disabled and you have disconnected. Participants are informed you have disconnected and the conference will terminate shortly, giving them time to discuss plans in the case the conference needs to continue. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Conference entry mode

Allows you to select one of the following entry mode options, prior to participants joining their conference:

  • Normal – all participants have the standard talk privileges (same as the current default mode).
  • Group Mute – participants are joined as muted, but have the ability to unmute their individual lines to speak.
  • Lecture Mode – participants are unable to speak or unmute their lines.

Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Auto record without ability to stop recording

Eliminates the ability for anyone to press *2 to stop the recording, when auto record is enabled. The recording will automatically start at the beginning of the call and a message will alert all participants this call is being recorded and if they do not wish to be recorded they must hang up. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Security passcode via telephone keypad (dtmf)

Add a security passcode to an active conference by pressing #64 to return to your account menu and then selecting option 7. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Locked conference fix

Once the conference is locked, no new participants will be able to join from either the audio or the web portion of the conference. Anyone trying to join your locked conference via dial-out or dial-me from a web conferencing product will not be connected. They will be placed into the waiting room if enabled, otherwise they will be disconnected.

Leader pin change via telephone keypad (dtmf)

Change your leader PIN via your telephone keypad by selecting option 1 in your account menu. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Personal greeting fix

Avoid disrupting your conference when performing your personal greeting functions. A modification was made to remove you from your main conference to create/edit your personal greeting. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Project accounting code (PAC) update

Choose to update the entered PAC value during your conference or after your conference has ended. During your conference, press #64 on your telephone keypad to return to your account menu and select option 6 to update your PAC value. After your conference has ended, update your PAC value online at www.intercallonline.com on the My Meetings page. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Security passcode update

Bypass the security passcode via any web product or CCAPI to the IICP Reservationless- Plus v2 platform. Provisioning is required and is available at either the company or owner level.

Primary/secondary language option

Assign a secondary language to all prompts within your conference. Once activated, participants will receive an additional prompt to select a desired language. If no language is selected, your default language is used for that participant. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Operator requests in desired language

When you press *0 for operator assistance, your language selection will be displayed on the operator console to indicate to the operator your desired language.


Pre-conference operator dial-out

Allows you to press *0 for operator assistance prior to a valid conference code being entered. Approval is required and must be provisioned at the DNIS level.


Entry announcement limit

Reduce the number of entry tones played when your call is started. Quick Start must be disabled and more than five to ten participants are on music hold. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Minimum/maximum phone project accounting code (PAC)

Establish a minimum and/or maximum number of digits required for your PAC value. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Custom project accounting code (PAC) prompts

Provide up to twelve different prompts to play prior to entering the PAC value. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Record/pause/resume

Pause a recording in progress and then resume the recording when you are ready to continue. This is ideal for long conferences where a ten to fifteen minute break may occur and silence during the playback is not wanted. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Mute/unmute keypad command

Press *6 to mute and unmute your individual line, as opposed, to pressing *6 to mute and #6 to unmute. Both options currently work when muting/unmuting individual lines. (Available on IICP v2 bridges only.) No provisioning is required.

Conference code-level custom greeting

Set up a custom greeting to play after participants enter the conference code. Provisioning is required and available at the company level.


Personal greeting

Record a personal greeting for participants to hear when joining the conference. Provisioning is required and available at the owner level.


Leave and join a conference

By pressing #2, participants have the ability to leave the conference they are attending and join a new conference without hanging up and redialing the same dial-in number. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Custom entry

Enter a conference quickly by turning specified prompts off that are play after the conference or leader PIN is entered. Provisioning is required and available at either the company or owner level.


Leader express entry

Start a conference in one easy step by consecutively entering the conference code followed by * and the leader PIN followed by #. No provisioning is required.


Security passcode rules

For additional security measures, a security passcode cannot match the leader PIN or the conference code.
