InterCall offers
FREE training programs that provide information – from the most basic to advanced – to get you started using your MeetingCenter account. Our trainers have years of web conferencing experience so you can be sure you are learning from the best.
We recommend that you participate in the MeetingCenter training programs in the following, sequential order:
- Managing Your MeetingCenter Account – This is a great session if you schedule MeetingCenter web conference calls. We will walk you through all of the basics of managing your account.
- Basic MeetingCenter Leader Training – If you lead meetings and would like an introduction to the basic meeting features, this is the course for you.
- Intermediate MeetingCenter Leader Training – If you lead meetings and want to learn more about the intermediate features to lead your MeetingCenter meetings, this 60-minute session will take you through all of the information you need.
- Advanced MeetingCenter Features Training – This course includes how to schedule and lead meetings with advanced features such as Outlook integration and how to create UCF multimedia presentations.
