WebEx Meeting Center Tools & Add-ons

All WebEx Meeting Center downloads can be accessed from your WebEx Meeting Center Home page.

To access tools and add-ons for WebEx Meeting Center follow these steps:

  1. Go to your WebEx Home page (URL can be found in your welcome email. For additional assistance, please contact your site administrator or InterCall technical support).
  2. If your company has multiple WebEx services, select Meeting Center from the top navigation.
  3. Click Support on the left side of the page.
  4. Select Downloads from the Support options.
  5. The Downloads page contains a list and description for all tools and WebEx Meeting Center add-ons. (Please note that participants may only download the WebEx Meeting Manager.)

 

InterCall Reservationless-Plus® VoIP

Provide participants the ability to join audio portions of their WebEx meetings using a VoIP softphone. VoIP participants and traditional phone participants are able to join the same meeting, interact and be managed online by the meeting host.
