InterCall offers FREE web conference training programs that provide information — from the most basic to more advanced — using Live Meeting. Each session is limited to ten participants, so you get the hands-on learning experience you need to use Live Meeting in a safe environment.

Our trainers have years of web conferencing experience so you can be sure you are learning from the best!

We recommend you participate in the Live Meeting courses in the following, sequential order:

1. Managing Your Live Meeting Account – This is a great session if you schedule meetings using Live Meeting. We will walk you through all of the basics of managing your account.
2. Basic Live Meeting Leader Training – If you lead meetings and would like an introduction to the basic meeting features, this is the course for you.
3. Intermediate Live Meeting Leader Training – If you lead meetings and want to learn more about the intermediate features to lead your web conference, this course provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to be successful.
