New Feature – Internet-based recording and storage of meetings with InterCall Centers.
With all the bells and whistles available with web conferencing services, there are a few “must have” features that will make your meetings easier. In order to make sure you have the most up-to-date product version and can take advantage of new functionality, we have recently upgraded all InterCall Centers services, powered by WebEx™.
One of the most exciting new features is the ability to record your meetings as they happen and play them back when you need them. Network-Based Recording (NBR) allows you to start recording directly from your WebEx meeting interface. No separate hardware is required—just follow simple menus to initiate recording from within your session, and it takes just seconds. That means you can reach more people faster and have a clear, accurate record of any meeting to archive or share with those who aren’t always able to attend the live meetings. It’s a great way to extend the reach of your training classes, marketing webinars, sales programs and other initiatives.
Other enhancements and improvements with the InterCall Centers upgrade include:
- Improved invitation and reminder email confirmation messages using the redesigned QuickStart menu
- Rotate shared documents in content viewer
- Video indicator shows orange when video is detected
- Improved video quality from 2 fp/s to 10 fp/s
- Intel-based Macintosh support
- Single point video camera switching automatically to the new presenter (if the new presenter has a web camera)
