Letter from Bob Wise
VP of Marketing and Strategic Business Development

I think the term 'easy-to-use' is losing its luster and simply becoming a figure of speech. When making a purchasing decision based on little assembly vs. no assembly required…I don't make my decision on those terms alone. I need to see the parts and the size of the user manual. If it looks like I need to think for more than 15 minutes, I'm going for no assembly required—hands down.

That same example applies to technology. Between answering and responding to my Blackberry, office phone and voice mail, on-going instant messages, jumping in and out of meetings and managing my Inbox, anything more I add to my daily work life better be simple. And by simple I mean at my fingertips and one-click away. If it's not, there's a good chance—even if eventually it will save me time—I won't use it. I don't think I'm alone with this behavior.

Over the last years, many of you have shared similar stories. You tell me, "Easy-to-use, I'll be the judge of that." So if you're like me and a single-click, speed-to-meet pace is critical, install the free Outlook Plug-in and Mobile Assistant. These are two free tools developed with your needs in mind. Once installed, you can quickly schedule, host or join conference calls from Outlook or your mobile device. So take the few minutes to install, you'll be glad you did…take it from someone who's always racing the clock.

Thank you for your continued business,

Bob Wise
VP of Marketing and Strategic Business Development
