Use your iPod to Stay Connected While on the Go, Go, Go
The newest, coolest way to keep up with the meetings you just can't make.

Even when using audio conferencing to make meetings accessible to different locations, not everyone can always get on the call.

Make it easier to hear a playback of your meeting with InterCall's Podcasting service—the newest way ensure that everyone has access to earnings announcements, corporate messages or project updates. Reach the execs who are too busy to "hop on a call", media contacts who need to hear your PR announcements and team members in other time zones who cannot attend the live meeting…or anyone who just can't make it! 

With Podcasting, you record your conference, then subscribe or give access to it from the Internet or other resources using an aggregator like iTunes. It can then be accessed through an aggregator or downloaded to a personal audio player, such as an iPod.

Who can use Podcasting? Almost anyone in your company.

• Sales: record team meetings for reps out in the field.
• Marketing: share product launch announcements with media and analysts.
• HR: archive important benefits information or company announcements.
• IR: make quarterly earnings calls available after they are over.

To hear first hand how Podcasting works, follow these steps using iTunes:

1. From the Advanced pull down menu, select Subscribe to Podcast.
2. Enter the following URL into the Subscribe to Podcast dialog box: http://www.theconferencingcenter.net/theconferencingcenter/83/25311/rss.xml.
3. Click OK.
4. Highlight the Podcast name, InterCall Podcasting Demo, and click Play or load it on your iPod.
