Distribute Recorded Audio Conferences via InterCall Podcasting

Is your customer base always on the go and they need to access your latest information when it's convenient for them? Or do you want to record and distribute information to employees for future reference? InterCall's Podcasting feature provides a quick, easy way of distributing your recorded audio conference calls.

When you are scheduling your Operator Assisted audio conference request a recording of the call and the Podcast feature option. After the call, your Podcast is sent to an email address you specify during the reservation. Upload the MP3 feed and it's ready for your customers or employees to access. It's that easy!

InterCall's Podcasting feature includes:

• MP3 format: Your recorded audio conference is converted to an MP3 format which is compatible with aggregators like Juice or iTunes and personal listening devices such as an iPod. InterCall will have the files created in a ready-to-use format so your information is available quickly after your conference call.
• Automatic Notification: When your Podcast audio feed is available, an email will automatically be sent to an email address you specify during the reservation.
• Audio Feed: Subscribe to any number of audio feeds. If you have weekly Podcasts with updates on a specific topic, consider naming and creating a series so end users can easily associate each Podcast feed.
• Automatic Download: Free yourself from updating the feed each time you have a new Podcast. Set up your feed and then set your aggregator options to automatically check for updates over the internet.
