International Toll-Free Service (ITFS) allows the conference call Leader to provide an international conference participant with toll-free access to a Reservationless-Plus or Operator Assisted conference call. This ensures your participants do not incur long distance charges. Participants located outside the United States have the same call experience as those dialing in from other countries. With over 60 countries supported, InterCall's ITFS ensures a seamless call experience.
During your Reservationless-Plus or Operator Assisted call you can request the Operator Dial-Out to participants, even those located outside of the United States. This is a great solution to ensure your calls start on time – all participants are brought directly into the conference instead of waiting for them to dial in.
As a call leader you may not want to incur a surcharge when non-U.S. based participants are joining your call but you don't want participants to incur long distance charges. InterCall's International Local Access provides a flat rate for access into your Reservationless-Plus or Operator Assisted call from over 25 major cities.
International Dial-In is available on any of InterCall's audio conferencing services. This option allows you to provide all participants one international number to access the call.
Using International Links you will be provided a dial-in number for each participants local call center. At the time of the call participants dial into the appropriate number and each local call center will connect all necessary lines to one call. All participants and leaders will be quickly and easily placed into the call.
