The great thing about Direct Event is that the pre-registration process will assign each participant a unique PIN which is required to enter the call. This helps increase security on your call ensuring that only those who have registered can attend.

In addition, you can add any of InterCall’s Surround-The-Call Features to your Direct Event call. Send an email, fax or voice broadcast to participants in advance of your guest speaker event reminding them of your event and to help increase call turnout. Or prior to your Executive Leadership event contact InterCall to request a transcription of the call to ensure you have a written record of what was discussed.
