MeetingCenter
MeetingCenter is the perfect solution to virtually conduct sales presentations, review and edit documents and collaborate with team members in real-time on just about anything. MeetingCenter allows you to quickly and easily start sessions while still providing a full range of features to enhance the meeting:
- Audio Controls. Dial out to participants from your meeting through Reservationless-PlusSM audio controls. This is convenient to use when requesting that additional participants join your in-progress meeting.
- One-Click Meetings. Start meetings with a click of your mouse using the One-Click Meeting option. In just a few easy steps you can set up a template for your common meetings. When you need to start a meeting on the fly, it is just one click away.
- Quick and Advanced Schedulers. Schedule a meeting in a few short steps with the Quick Scheduler. Choose from one of your saved meeting templates, indicate additional key meeting details and your meeting is scheduled! In situations where you need to edit certain meeting features you can easily access the Advanced Scheduler for additional options.
- Scheduling Templates. Save your meeting options and settings in a template for quick access to scheduling a meeting. Templates can be saved within the Quick and Advanced Scheduler to shorten the steps needed to schedule your meeting.
TrainingCenter
TrainingCenter allows you to deliver live, interactive training to anyone, anywhere using a standard web browser. All of the features and benefits TrainingCenter has to offer will not only allow you to simultaneously train geographically dispersed learners but they will also help reduce training delivery costs including travel, accommodations and facility rental.
- The new eCommerce option allows hosts to schedule fee-based live sessions and can post fee-based recorded sessions. Attendees can pay using a credit card or by using a coupon code that you generate and provide for their use.
EventCenter
EventCenter allows you to cost-effectively deliver your message to up to 3000 individuals simultaneously and provides the resources to measure the results of your online event. Some of the key features of the new EventCenter version include:
- Quick Scheduler. Schedule an event in a few short steps with the Quick Scheduler. Choose from one of your saved templates; indicate additional key event details and your event is scheduled! In situations where you need to edit certain event features you can easily access the Advanced Scheduler for additional options.
- Distribution Lists. Create distribution lists and import groups directly into your EventCenter account making it easier to send invitations to large or recurring groups.
- Enhanced Q&A Panel. New Q&A functionality allows attendees to see their own questions and those of the entire group. As the host, you have the ability to view answered and unanswered questions as well as assign questions to panelists.
- Platform Support. EventCenter now supports Firefox. Application and desktop sharing has been enhanced for Mac, Linux and Solaris users.
SupportCenter
Using SupportCenter, Technical Support Representatives (TSRs) have the ability to view and diagnose online customer issues and provide the support needed to quickly resolve the situation. With SupportCenter, TSRs have access to:
- Two-way Desktop and Application Control or View. View or control a customer's desktop or let a customer view or control your desktop. Customers can selectively share applications to maintain privacy.
- Email Invitations. To avoid being blocked by spam filters, meeting email invitations are sent using your Microsoft® Outlook or Lotus Notes.
- More Information. The latest SupportCenter version provides more remote system information to assist in the troubleshooting process. The CSR Activity reports have been revised to include additional information for more accurate tracking.
- Call Escalation. Bring subject-matter experts into a session instantly when needed.
