MeetingCenter, powered by WebEx™ is the perfect solution to virtually conduct sales presentations, annotate on documents and collaborate with team members on just about anything! And beginning Monday, August 29, 2005, MeetingCenter will be upgraded, giving you access to several new features.

The layout of the MeetingCenter User Interface is new and improved to help make meeting features easier to navigate for new users while remaining familiar to experienced users.

You have one-click access to the most commonly used meeting features like ‘Presenting a Document' and ‘Sharing an Application' with the new QuickStart Screen.

PowerPanels^TM allow you to customize your meeting view by opening, closing and resizing Participant, Chat, Notes, Video and Polling panels according to the needs of your meeting.

Use the Floating Icon Tray to float your PowerPanels over your meeting screen when in Full Screen view giving you access to essential meeting functions and tools. The Floating Icon Tray also allows you to seamlessly switch between sharing modes.

With the new Multipoint Video feature you can show images from up to four video webcams during a meeting. So now not only can you collaborate virtually via MeetingCenter web conferencing, but you can also view other meeting participants in real-time.
