InterCall’s^® Broadcast Services Deliver Your Message by Email, Voice or Fax

Looking for an effective way to remind participants about an upcoming call? Or need an efficient method of distributing the action items once it’s over? InterCall^® has three options for you: Email Broadcast, Voice Broadcast and Fax Broadcast. With InterCall’s^® Broadcast Services, you can distribute your message to your selected group and choose the vehicle that will make the most impact.

Email Broadcast
Email is one of the most powerful messaging vehicles available to businesses today, but emailing to a large list can be time consuming and tax a company’s bandwidth. InterCall’s^® Email Broadcast service is perfect for sending conference call agendas and dial-in instructions, distributing meeting minutes after the call or delivering a special promotion to your top prospects. This service supports text files, HTML, graphic files, Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat file formats. For added pizzazz, you can even send audio attachments and Internet links. Simply supply the list of email addresses, the email message content and we’ll handle the rest – right down to customizing the “From” field with an address of your choosing.

Voice Broadcast
InterCall’s^® Voice Broadcast service allows you to deliver a recorded voice message to hundreds or even thousands of individuals simultaneously. This easy-to-use service can deliver conference call reminders, send out event invitations or even distribute breaking news. You supply the list of phone numbers and the delivery details then just record your message using our over-the-phone system and we’ll take it from there. You’ll receive a delivery report within one business day containing all the details about your Voice Broadcast.

Fax Broadcast
InterCall’s^® Fax Broadcast service enables you to send printed information out to a large group of people without standing by the fax machine all day dialing number after number. Just supply us your contact list – from a few numbers to a few thousand – and the content that you want to have delivered and will we manage the distribution on your behalf. Use a cover sheet customized with your company’s logo and contact information to further personalize the message. Fax Broadcast is ideal for delivering time-sensitive information, distributing post-call action items or even broadcasting press releases or product news to customers.
