| Transcription is great way to collect an accurate replication of an entire call. Use your transcribed call as a platform to create new training material, company updates and more. Regardless of whether you use InterCall’s® Operator Assisted or Reservationless-PlusSM audio, requesting to transcribe a call is easy and economical.
From now through October 31st, when you have a call transcribed for the first time you’ll receive $20 off.

Here’s how to request transcription:
Reservationless-PlusSM Users:
- Record your call by using the *2 feature on your keypad.
- After you receive your Conference Playback Instruction email log on to www.intercall.com/transcription to fill out the order form.
- You can choose same, next or two day delivery.
- Submit form.
- The transcription is prepared in a MS Word file and delivered to you via email, fax or hard copy on diskette.
Operator Assisted Users:
- Call Reservations at 800-374-2441 or 706-645-8600.
- You’ll be asked to select same, next or two day delivery.
- We’ll execute the Encore recording feature prior to your call.
- The transcription is prepared in a MS Word file and delivered to you via email, fax or hardcopy on diskette.
To register for $20 rebate, fill in the fields below to receive your rebate certificate. Then make sure to print the certificate and mail it in with the invoice after you receive it.
Promotion Terms:
- Offer valid for new users of the Reservationless-PlusSM or Operator Assisted Transcription feature only.
- The call to be transcribed must take place by October 31st, 2003 to receive the $20 rebate.
- The rebate will be applied to the 2nd billing cycle after transcription has taken place and will appear as a credit on that month's invoice.
- This offer may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or incentives for Reservationless-PlusSM or Operator Assisted transcription.
- The rebate offer can only be used once per person.
