Information
The following outlines
InterCall's procedures for archiving recorded conference calls on our
Reservationless-Plus audio conferencing service:
- Recorded conference
calls are stored for thirty (30) days on two different Servers: (i)
a DTMF Gateway and (ii) a Real Streaming Media Server. Both Servers
are either located in our operation center in West Point, Georgia or
at Exodus, a secured caged-environment data center located in Atlanta,
GA. During that time, other than authorized individuals who would have
the proper log-in and password information to hear the recorded conference
call, only a small select group from our Server and Networks division
has access to that archive for customer service issues only.
- Unless the customer
requests that InterCall continue to make the archive available, it is
taken offline for forty-five (45) days. During that time, it continues
to reside on both Servers but in a different directory and the customer
can choose to put it back on line during that time.
- After that 45 day
period, the archive is purged from the Servers and a backup tape with
that recording is stored in a secure data center owned by InterCall
for up to seven (7) days. After seven days, all of the recordings on
that tape backup are recorded over and the archive is completely deleted.
