InterCall.com is constantly evolving. Thanks to our hard working marketing team, minor updates are made almost daily, while more major launches happen monthly and quarterly.
Last quarter, in an effort to better understand our website users and learn more about what conferencing and collaboration solutions they are looking for, we randomly surveyed some of our visitors. A big thank you to all who participated and took the time to submit feedback. It was a critical factor in determining what improvements we needed to make. Two of the biggest takeaways were a desire for:

Search – Find what you need FASTER!
You can now search content on InterCall.com. This feature will help you easily locate content, plugins and documents more quickly while also giving our team an opportunity to learn more about what you are looking for so that we can continue to make improvements over time. Note: you won’t see this feature while you are on the blog.
Interactive Product Selector – Narrow our offerings
After many sales and customer interviews, we identified the top three to four questions to help you narrow down your audio, web and video conferencing needs. Using this information, we have developed a guided tool that takes an interactive approach to browsing for conferencing solutions. To find the new interactive conferencing product selector, just select 'Help me choose' on the InterCall homepage. Simply answer a few questions about what you’re looking for and we’ll provide a possible solution. You even have the option of requesting more information from one of our expert meeting consultants. It’s quick, it’s easy and takes less than a minute–so give it a try and let us know what you think!
