InterCall becomes Cisco WebEx partner in India

June 27, 2011 – InterCall, the world’s largest conferencing and collaboration services provider, today announced that the company has become an authorized Cisco WebEx partner for delivery of online collaboration solutions in India.

Cisco WebEx solutions bring people and information together to speed the decision-making process and accelerate innovation.  The applications are delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), helping to enable greater business productivity and faster responses to market changes while taking advantage of the Cisco WebEx Collaboration Cloud to provide secure, reliable, high-quality collaborative experiences.

Cisco WebEx solutions integrate with InterCall’s suite of services including audio, mobility and unified communications (UC). Clients will benefit from InterCall’s nine years of experience re-selling WebEx services and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.

"Cisco WebEx solutions, a key component of Cisco's collaboration portfolio, change the entire realm of communications and collaboration," said Kiran Datar, director of Operations, APAC, Cisco. “As a Cisco WebEx Authorized Partner, InterCall has made a commitment to offer customers solutions that connect entire business ecosystems, drive costs out of existing business processes and lead them on the path of business transformation."

“It is a logical extension for us to partner with Cisco WebEx in India, a market where InterCall continues to rapidly grow. This partnership is yet another step for InterCall in offering a greater range of UC options and solutions for our clients, which results in better communication and improved productivity,” said Jitesh Shah, General Manager of InterCall India.
