InterCall Announces Integration with Microsoft Lync Online


CHICAGO, IL June 28, 2011 - InterCall, the world's largest conferencing and collaboration services provider, has worked with Microsoft to develop a solution that integrates its award–winning Reservationless–Plus® audio conferencing platform with Microsoft Lync Online. Lync Online is provided in Office 365, Microsoft’s next-generation cloud communications service. InterCall, a Microsoft Silver Certified Partner and national systems integrator (NSI), is one of only three providers worldwide to offer integrated audio conferencing with Lync.
The InterCall solution for Microsoft Lync Online delivers:

  • Call scheduling via Microsoft Outlook
  • The ability for meeting participants to join for external locations and multiple devices
  • Dial in/out
  • Mute/unmute
  • Lock/unlock
  • End conference
  • VoIP/PSTN integration, including combined recording of Lync and InterCall audio participants
  • In-call support

InterCall also announced that it will be a reseller of Microsoft Office 365. InterCall will provide tier one and two support to its customers using a dedicated Office 365 team comprised of certified agents skilled in all aspects of the offering. Pre-sale technical assistance and consultations are included, as well as implementation, administrator and end-user support. InterCall will also offer end-to-end professional services for Office 365 such as Training and Adoption and Migration Services.

InterCall Training and Adoption Services promote the successful deployment of Office 365 and are designed to accelerate acceptance and use of new applications. Every InterCall package for Office 365 comes with recorded training sessions for each of the products in the suite. InterCall will also offer free, live online training sessions. Additional advanced training and adoption services will be offered for purchase including on-demand recorded sessions, pre-packaged live virtual trainings as well as customizable training and adoption services to fit any need.

Professional Migration Services include the transition of operations and data, configuration and support from legacy applications to Office 365 solutions.
