InterCall Celebrates 10th Anniversary


CHICAGO, IL — August 1, 2001 — Conferencing provider, InterCall, celebrates its 10th anniversary today. The company will celebrate its first decade of success at more than 30 offices worldwide. The day will be capped by an address from InterCall President and CEO, Scott Etzler. Founded in 1991, InterCall is the largest privately-held conferencing provider in the world. The company serves more than 200,000 individual conference leaders in more than 30,000 organizations. With 2000 revenues in excess of $110 million, InterCall is exceeding industry growth rates.

InterCall began with one 48-port Multilink bridge and one operator. Today InterCall has capacity of over 19,000 ports and employs over 450 operators. The company currently has six operational centers located around the world. More than just an audio conferencing provider, InterCall offers a complete range of conferencing services, including audio, web and video conferencing.
