Personal development and training vary depending on your role, business area and ability. However, we’ve designed all our training programmes to help you get the most out of your career. They could be classroom-based or on-line courses.
The size and diversity of our business means there are some fantastic opportunities to develop your career with us. Every year we recruit people already working with InterCall into new roles within the organisation. In 2013 just over 60 employees were promoted into new roles
Whichever direction you want your career to take, chances are there will be an opportunity for you within the business. We post our vacancies on our internal applications system.
This varies depending on location and department, in most locations we have a smart business dress code, which typically means shirt and trousers/skirt or work smart dresses but in most non-customer facing locations the dress code is more casual.
For interviews and assessment centres we would always recommend that you are more formal so a suit or similar would be appropriate.
We follow local government legislation with regards to employing individuals who do not hold a local work permit. For highly specialised roles or hard-to-find skills we will discuss options with individual candidates as appropriate.

Apart from the relevant technical skills and qualifications, we’ll be looking for initiative, good communication and team-working skills, and the ability to inspire others. For more senior and managerial positions, you’ll need proven leadership ability.

However we do offer internships for university students, these are available for German and French first language speakers, these positions are based in the UK.
